Husband locked his wife in a toilet over a year in Haryana: A 35 years old woman from Haryana lived over a year in a toilet. Due to, her husband Naresh Kumar kept in the toilet.
This incident took place at Rishipur village, Panipat of Haryana state. On the most believable information she was rescued.
‘Women protection and Child marriage prohibition’ Officer’ Rajini Gupta did this rescue operation with her team.
More over, Naresh Kumar alleged that she was mentally unstable for 3 years. If they leave her, she go out and pick up garbage wastes.
Further, he said she was not identifying even her family members. They have 3 children.
Elder daughter is 15 years old and 2 sons are 11 and 13 years. They are all going school.
Even neighbors didn’t know the incident. Naresh said she has not been covered after many consultations with doctor.
Case booked on accused
In addition to this, Rajini Gupta madam didn’t accept that the woman was mentally unstable.
When she observed the victim looked very weak. Her husband not gave any food, even water for many days.
As a result She looked starving. When the rescue team gave 8 chapattis she ate very quickly.
Naresh not showed any evidence of hospital document showing she was mentally unstable. Hence said case is looking like suspicious.
Finally, Surender Dahiya in charge of Sanoli police station booked a case on Naresh. Under IPC, 498 and 342 sections.

Obviously, police and Rajini Gupta can’t get confirmation if she was mentally unstable or not.

After, consulting expert doctors about her mental condition only they go forward in the case.

After, consultation of civil hospital, they handed over the victim to her cousin.
Unless studying the case from different angles no body get clarity about this case. How ever it was horrible incident that a woman locked down in the toilet for year.
