How the process for regularisation of Sadabainams works
In view of Chief Ministers’ assurence. Accordingly Government of Telangana also issued orders for regularisation of Sadabainams. The last date to apply for regularisation of Sadabainams is 31-10-2020.The desirable candidates can apply through Meeseva centres.
Further this facility is allowed. To those who had completed their land transaction before 02-06-2014.
History of regularisation of Sadabainams in Telangana
Intially, Telangana Government allowed this process in 2016.While regularisation of Sadabainams allowed in rural areas only.Especilly, for small and marginal formers. However stamp duty and registration fees exempted upto 5 acres of land.
And more importantly, this process is allowed for agricultural lands only.
How the regularisation of Sadabainams process at field level
The farmers who wants to regularise their Sadabainams should fill form 10.Then after they might apply to Thahasildar through Meeseva centres.
Along with the application we have to produce the proofs. Such as Aadhar card, Sadabainam paper. And other proofs that proves presently the farmer is in cultivation of that land.
Then the Thahasildar of that particular mandal should enquire the details. In keeping view of existing Phahani and other records.
Field level enquire while regularisation of Sadabainams
Further, the Thahasildar issues a enquire notice along with land details in form 11 and form 12.The notice exhibited at Mandal level as well as Gram Panchayat level.
On a particular date, the officials enquire at field level in accordence of submitted details. At the time of application. After concluding field level enquiry, and the documents of the land. Then the Thahasildar upload the details in website. Then the Thahasildar issues form 13-B certificate.

And also Thahasildar sends 13-C certificate to Sub Registrar to note that land details in his register. In continuation of the process,the Thahasildar register the regularisation of Sadabainams details in form -17.According to these details they change the details in Phahani as well as remaing records.
After the completion of whole process. Lastly the Thahasildar issues a pass book for the conversion of Sadabainam to the former. In case any objection regarding this process, the concerned person should appeal to RDO or Sub Collector with 60 days.
We should also provided appeal to Collector on the judgement given by RDO and Sub collector.
