Svamitva Yojana Scheme : Prime minister Narendra Modi released and distributed 1 lakh property cards. Beneficiaries received property cards through online video conference. Union minister for Panchayat raj Narendra Singh Tomer presented in the meeting.
Firstly 1 lakh villagers received a link to download their Property cards through SMS.
PM spoke with some beneficiaries of this scheme of different states.
Also, People received these cards expressed a lot of elation. They thanked PM.
Further Modi said it’s happy moment. Not only for distributing the property cards but also for birth day of 2 famous national leaders.
Namely Bharat Ratna Lok Nayak Jaya Prakash Narayan and Bharat Ratna Nanaji Deshmukh.
More over they wished the equality and rural development.
Especially modern drone technology is 100% genuine. Hence, there is no chance for mediators and fraud.
What is property card under ‘Svamitva Yojana Scheme’
PM modi launched Svamitva Yojana Scheme on 24th April, 2020. SVAMITVA means “Survey of Villages and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas”.
Further more the main intension of this scheme is to give record of rights to the village house holds.
Firstly as the pilot project they implemented the scheme in 6 states of the country in the year 2020-2021.Nearly the expenditure for this pilot project is 79.65 crores .
The 6 states covered under pilot project are : Uttara Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, Madhya pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Karnataka.
Firstly these 6 states signed on MOU with Survey of India for implementation of the scheme.
Further the government implement the scheme in all over India by 2024. Absolutely it covers 6.62 lakh villages.
Intension Of SVAMITVA Scheme
By using the ‘drone technology’ government survey the land parcels in rural areas.
Initially central government started this pilot project in 763 villages of above said 6 states.
Among them:
346 villages from Uttarpradesh,
221 villages from Haryana,
100 villages from Maharashtra,
44 villages from Madhya Pradesh,
50 villages from Uttarakhand, and
2 villages from Karnataka.
How the Aadhar like property cards were distributed under this Scheme
Similarly, property cards have unique number as Aadhar cards. Property cards are physical copies of properties.
Moreover these cards gives the authentic ownership for the households, and surrounding properties of the owners.
In addition to this these cards give many solutions for disputes in rural areas.
Absolutely today 1 lakh villagers received property cards through SMS. Also they will get the physical cards from their states.
How this scheme on property cards will benefit millions of rural property owners
- Particularly Property cards are authentic cards. For villagers regarding ownership.
- Obviously it gives a perfect land records of the villages house holds.
- Clearly these cards give Bank loans to the beneficiaries with out controversy.
